We require Production Operators (Temporary Contract), for our Hose Assembly department at our St Neots plant. The duties are varied and will include using hand/machine tools, gauges and measuring equipment. Working as part of a small team, there is a requirement to work to specified quality and time standards with HSE & Quality our primary focus. Ideally you will have experience within a production or assembly environment and have the ability to be trained on various areas within our process. We require versatile enthusiastic individuals who have the drive to learn our business. You will have an understanding of health and safety and quality control within the work place as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to adapt and change in line with business needs. Previous experience, whilst desired, is not essential, as for the right applicants who can show a willingness to learn training will be provided. You will be required to work on a shift pattern.
