Meldreth Primary School Caretaker (Residential opportunity if required) Our popular and successful village primary school is looking for a new school Caretaker from May 1st 2020. Pay Grade 2, Point 4-5 (£18,426 - £18, 795 per year - full time equivalent) This position is a split shift of 20 hours per week (6.40 7.40 am and 3 - 6 pm). We are seeking to appoint an exceptional person who will have the skills, vision and dedication to maintain our school to a very high standard. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the school and is required to reside on site in a 3 bedroom house adjacent to the school with a subsidised rent for this purpose. The position will suit a hard-working person with maintenance experience. The ability to work as part of a team, manage and supervise the cleaning team, liaise with contractors, and to be flexible is essential.
